PROGRAM: Butterfly Healing Center, Taos, NM
STATUS: Regular/Full Time/Exempt
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
EXPERIENCE: Seven years counseling experience. Two years management or supervisory capacity preferred.
REQUIRED LICENSE: Current License in the State of New Mexico as one for the following: LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, PhD, PsyD. CPR and First Aid certification.
Provide and document direct day-to-day clinical supervision to COL Behavioral Health Staff. Lead the Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Team, ensure supervisees are meeting their productivity requirements and are continually increasing their clinical skills. Provide regular and ongoing individual and group supervision to clinicians. Provide regular individual and family therapy, evaluations, case management, and other related therapeutic services for COL clientele.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Healthcare, Counseling, or related field or four or more years of related experience.
EXPERIENCE: Experience in the related field.
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES: CPR and First Aid Certification.
Coordinate and provide services and resources to individuals and families engaged in services with Circle of Life Behavioral Health Network. Patriciates in community support activities by addressing goals in the following areas: independent living, learning, working, socializing, and recreation. Interventions are made primarily face-to-face and in community locations. Interventions address barriers that impede the development of skills necessary for independent functioning in the community.
The Case Manager assists clients in identifying and coordinating their own services and supports in accordance with the clients service plan. The Case Manager serves the community by providing transportation services to and from Circle of Life Outpatient Clinic, so that those clients who lack transportation are able to engage more fully in their treatment. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED.
EXPERIENCE: One year of experience in commercial, institutional or related volume food preparation
PREFERRED CERTIFICATES: CPA and First Aid certification or willing to receive training required.
The cook performs a variety of volume food preparation tasks. The Cook is responsible for the full range of kitchen duties normally encountered in a small cafeteria or institutional kitchen. Duties include directing the activities of food preparers and resident helpers. General supervision is received from the Food Services Manager who provides instruction on the type of food/meal to be prepared. The Cook is responsible for the quantity of food to be prepared and the methods of food preparation

EXPERIENCE: Working with Native American populations, substance misuse, and behavioral/ mental health issues
REQUIRED LICENSE: New Mexico State license as an MA or PhD psychologist, LMSW, LMHC, LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Provide individual and family therapy, group psychotherapy, substance abuse counseling, mental health/substance abuse evaluations, case management, and other related therapeutic services for residential clientele of the organization.
